An integral part of being a good leader is a reflection of your ability to recognize employees & vested stakeholders (students, families, staff, community partners, etc.) for their work and collaboration. This paper provided an illustration of how badges can be used to recognize employee & vested stakeholder excellence, incentivize learning, foster collaboration and increase motivation.
