In order to demonstrate the process of a district budget reduction, the following  paper provides an illustration of how a practitioner proposes to work collaboratively with stakeholders in order to help them see the “big picture”-positive student outcomes (improved learning, test scores, behavior, socio-emotional well-being, college/career readiness, etc.) and clearly articulates the possible ramifications to the entire system given the items and or services that are reduced or eliminated from a budget.
