The following video reflection provides an overview of the Graduate Course #EDAD 612-Working with Diverse Populations. This video reflection also discusses the importance of implementing a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) that entails educational equity & diversity, and equitable access to student curriculum, instruction and program supports. According to Fink & Markholt (2014), the authors of the book, Leading for Instructional Improvement: How Successful Leaders Develop Teaching & Learning Expertise, " high-level curriculum and quality instruction is dependent on equity."
